Service and support
One team from the first layout review to long-term service, so the robots keep running after go-live.
What we take care of
Layout assessment
Send a CAD file, PDF or phone video of your site. Within 48 hours you receive routes, a robot count and a payback estimate, free of charge.
Site survey and simulation
Engineers check floor condition, aisle widths, Wi-Fi coverage and load types, then simulate traffic so the fleet matches your peak flow.
Installation and integration
Mapping, commissioning and connection to MES, WMS, ERP, PLCs, doors, lifts and conveyors, tested against the targets agreed in the proposal.
Training and handover
Operators, maintenance staff and system administrators are trained on site, with documentation for daily operation and basic troubleshooting.
Remote monitoring
The dispatch system can be monitored remotely, so alarms are diagnosed quickly and engineers come on site when a fault needs hands-on work.
Spare parts and maintenance
Preventive maintenance plans and spare parts kept near your site reduce downtime over the life of the fleet.
Expansion and re-layout
Add robots, routes or new robot types as volumes grow. When the layout changes, we update the map instead of the floor.

Questions we hear often
Do we need to change the floor?
Usually not. Robots navigate by laser using existing walls, columns and racks, with no tape or QR codes.
Can robots share space with people and forklifts?
Yes. They slow down and stop for people and obstacles, and busy areas can have their own speed limits.
Will it connect to our MES or WMS?
Yes. The dispatch system has standard interfaces and also takes PLC signals and call buttons.
Where do you deliver?
Worldwide. Installation and service are handled by engineers local to your site, and we confirm coverage for your location during the assessment.
Is the layout assessment free?
Yes, with no obligation to buy.
