Who we are
This website is operated by ApexStow. Contact: sales@apexstow.com.
What we collect
When you submit the assessment form we collect the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, plant location, industry, project details, message and preferred contact method), any files you attach, the page language, campaign parameters in the page address, the referring page and the country your request came from. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up about it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Data is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. It is accessed by our sales and engineering staff and, where needed to deliver your project, by technology partners under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a contract requires longer retention.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing sales@apexstow.com. We handle requests in line with applicable data protection laws.
Bot protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile processes limited technical data about your browser for this purpose only.
